Steve spent decades inside organizations — from Fortune 500 brands to nonprofits — helping them find clarity about who they are, what they stand for, and where they're going. He sat with leaders at every level. And beneath most of those conversations, he kept noticing the same thing.

Not an execution problem. An identity problem.

The tension between what leaders had built and what they were built for. Most of them had never had a room where that tension could be named — let alone examined honestly.

Crafted Clarity is that room. The podcast, The Still app, Go Deeper, CCLE, and the conversations — all of it exists to create the environment where that distillation can happen.

His Journey

Season One
Formation
College through corporate — Sony, Bridgestone, eighteen years inside large organizations. Building expertise, identity, and a career around what he was good at. The mash bill before the distillation begins.
Season Two
First Distillation
Founding eyeBrand after a confrontation that ended eighteen years in one moment. Landing in the same lane — more of what he already knew. The still running, but not yet clear what it was producing.
Season Three · Current
Significance Over Success
The book. The podcast. Crafted Clarity. Soul-Level Leadership. Human connection with leaders carrying the same tension he carried — and finally having language for what the still was always producing.

Still in the still. That's the point — the distillation process doesn't end. It just produces something clearer with each season. Whatever comes next belongs to what hasn't been revealed yet.
